Meet The Trainers: Andy Van Grinsven and Ann Thornton
What: Ann and Andy would like to invite you to join us for a Strength Training/Nutrition Seminar to help answer your burning questions about health, nutrition, and your workouts. Questions like:
- What foods should I be eating to help lose body fat?
- What are the best exercises to do to reach my goals?
- What diets should I follow? Which ones should I avoid?
- How much cardio should I be doing?
- How do I safely start a weight training program? What should my focus be?
When: Saturday, June 18th at 10 am at McCabe
Why: We want to make Nashville strong: strong in body, health, and mind. As experts in the fields of strength training and nutrition, we want to reach more people within our community. That’s why we’re hosting this seminar: to provide our neighborhood with the information and tools they need to lead a healthy and happy life.
